Returns and exchanges are done starting from 14 days from delivery date

Return policy:

  • In case you received a damaged or wrong order and you want to exchange it, it is our responsibility to deliver with no shipping fees.
  • No exchange or return an item that doesn’t suit your skin or hair type.
  • In case you ordered a wrong item and you want to exchange it, an image must be sent from your side to check if it  used or  not then we will decide accordingly, you will be asked to pay double delivery fees (delivering the item you want and returning the wrong item to our warehouse).

Refund policy:

  • In case you received a damaged or wrong order and you want to refund it, it is our responsibility to pick the items up without any shipping  fees & refunding method will be applied within 24 hours.
  • In case you ordered a wrong item and you want to refund it, an image must be sent from your side to check if  it used then we will decide accordingly, you will be asked to pay delivery fees to return back the item to our warehouse & refunding method will be applied within 24 hours.
