If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
We will replace it at no extra cost. Shipping fees will be fully covered by us. -
If you ordered the wrong item:
You must provide a clear image of the product to verify it hasn’t been used. If approved, you’ll be required to pay a double delivery fee (for sending the correct item and collecting the incorrect one). -
Important Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are incompatible with your skin or hair type. Please make sure to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Refund Conditions

If you received a damaged or incorrect item and prefer a refund instead of a replacement:
We will arrange a pickup at no cost to you, and your refund will be processed within 24 hours of item retrieval. -
If you ordered the wrong item and wish to return it for a refund:
An image must be submitted to confirm the item’s condition. If approved, you'll be responsible for the return shipping fee, and the refund will be issued within 24 hours of item receipt.
